Whilst our major clients have been top restaurants in Melbourne and Sydney and venues in the region, who have had our wines regularly on their Wine Lists, closures and lockdowns of the Covid pandemic over the past two years has significantly changed both the restaurants and their lists.
We are delighted to see many of our old friends return-and continue to list various vintages of Redesdale Estate wines.
These include Luke Mangan’s Glass Brasserie at the Sydney Hilton, Otto Ristorante on Cowper Wharf, Public Dining in Balmoral, the Lake House in Daylesford, the European and City Wine Shop, Rockpool Bar and Grill Melbourne, Steer Dining room, Winespeake Cellar and Deli in Daylesford, Bistro Gitan and many others starting to recover, change their focus and employ staff.
